Liquid Roots – Dance Performance

Forming routes through our country, establishing my connection to nature and having a past that defines my present, the canals are my root. I am forever drawn back to the calming and yet ferocious waters, to the chugging of an engine and the working of a lock. This connection to Britain’s canals is embodied in my movement improvisation, Liquid Roots, which you can happen upon on Thursday 24th January 2019 between 1:30pm and 3pm onboard Barge Fiodra at Hackney Wick, Sweetwater Moorings, London, E9 5EN.
